This is a collage of pictures taken during an excellent fireworks display at Grant Park in Chicago on 3rd July. It was glorious to watch and crowded too, in the company of probably a 100000 people.
Jagan No tripod or anything. Just sitting on the grass and shooting pictures. I have had a bad experience shooting fireworks in the past that I learnt what not to do this time over.
Ioiio It was good not special but the fun was in the crowd which was way more than I anticipated.
I did not use the Automatic mode. I switched off the flash. I set to No-flash option to ensure that the lumens from the fireworks would give the requisite light for the picture. And thats all the difference.
