I knew who was going to win even before the game. The Patriots are as dependable as you can get. But the Philly defence was definiitely throwing some challenges inthe first half. Then it became Pats all the way. Two Superbowls and a World Series in one year, much more than priceless :)
I think its not just Donovan. Agreed he choked. But collectively the Eagles were'nt ready for a Superbowl. Although I have to say they are primed for a repeat next year. If the Pats do make it to the Bowl and so do the Eagles, I'd say the Eagles will finally be ready. But for now, Ill rejoice !
Hey!! that was pretty quick - thanks for the comment at my blog. - yeah i wud have seen Vol 1 and 2 abt 10 times till now. though my wish is to watch all the four cds at a stretch. At the most one and a half movies - unable to find so much time - thts the prblem.
Not to rain the Patriots parade, but, is Romeo Crennel getting his due for his contribution to what the Patriots are today? I see/hear praise for Scott Pioli, Charlie Weis and ofcourse good ol' Bill..and Crennel becomes an after-thought...
I think the very fact that Romeo is now the Head Coach of Cleveland speaks volumes for his worth. The Patriots know it and Cleveland most definitely knew what they were doing !
